Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we recommend you to examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your product. Please review our return policy before attempting to return your product.
TO AVOID UNACCEPTANCE OR DELAY, PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY.
Return for Exchange or Refund
You may return product(s) for a full refund, credit note or exchange (excluding shipping/handling charges), within thirty (30) days of purchase.
We accept returns with the following condition:
- Game Software MUST be returned in its original, sealed packaging. We DO NOT accept any opened or used software.
- Accessories and other consumable products MUST be returned in its original packaging and include any manuals, discs, cables and accessories in saleable condition.
We do not accept returns of items such as:
Any Hardware (ie: Consoles)
Any product(s) returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery.
Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any product(s) not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.
Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, with a $8 minimum.
Return for Product Replacement (ie: Defective Items)
You may exchange defective product(s) for a like item within fifteen (15) days of purchase, subject to product availability. Correct item(s) will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Return for Incorrectly Shipped Products
Incorrectly shipped product(s) can returned or exchanged within fifteen (15) days of purchase. All incorrectly shipped product(s) will be replaced with the correct item(s) upon return. Correct item(s) will be shipped via UPS Ground.
How to return a product?
To return a product for refund or exchange, simply follow the steps below:
- Login to your account in the "My Account" section.
- Access the "Return Items" link.
- Fill in the required information, including your order number, the product(s) you are returning and reason for return.
- Upon receiving your request, a Customer Service representative will email you with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and return instructions. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER.
- Ship your product(s) that you are returning within 10 days. Please note: We cannot accept returns that are shipped after 10 days of issuing your RMA number.
- If your return is for refund, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
- If your return is for an exchange, we’ll process and ship your new product(s) within 1-2 business days of our receiving your return.
- If your return is due to our error, we will add your return shipping costs to your refund.
Please note: Any return on orders placed using a promo code, coupon code, discount or other offers will not be refunded for the amount of the discount. When returning product(s) to us, please ensure you use a shipping carrier that offers tracking, such as UPS. We cannot guarantee returns shipped via non-traceable methods. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
