Privacy
We secure all purchasing, credit card, and customer contact information using the industry standard Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts (a method of encoding data) sensitive information before it is sent over the internet.
Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Sales Tax Policy
Sales tax is applied only to orders that are shipped to the State of New York and State of Florida.
Return/Exchange Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we recommend you to examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your product. Please review our return policy before attempting to return your product.
Warranty Disclaimer

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, GearTab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. GearTab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GearTab shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by GearTab without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
